  After 30 years of creating and selling jewellery, and after much soul searching, we have come to the decision to retire and close Argent of London. The market environment has become increasingly difficult. The fallout from the recent budget, the cost of living, rise in inflation, the cost of gold - at an all time high - and the price of silver collectively have made conditions untenable for us, as well as numerous other businesses. Consequently, the business will close at midnight on 31st January 2025. We still believe in our original philosophy of offering first-class products backed with customer service that goes beyond customers' expectations. This has been our fundamental touch stone since inception. Thank you for your loyal support and the many, many appreciative comments we have had over the years. New Catalogue!

We are very excited as we have just finished shooting our 2011 Autumn Catalogue! This year the catalogue theme is nature and all the photos have been taken in a beautiful garden in the Oxford countryside.  The garden was filled with beautiful flowers and wonderful fields of wild daisies and lavender, the perfect setting for our new collections.
